Our Leadership
Jeremy Lindsey
Lead Pastor
Jeremy grew up in Millen and has lived in this community his entire life. He surrendered his life to Jesus in Feb. 2008. He was called into ministry in 2012 and traveled as an Evangelist until being led to plant our church. His desire has always been to see people saved and transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. He is passionate about the Gospel and reaching people who are far from God. Connection Millen has flourished into a multi-generational and diverse house that seeks to experience the Spirit, embrace the lost and live the life.
Patrick Irvan
Student & Asst discipleship Pastor
Patrick came to know the Lord and became a part of the Connection community in 2010 when he moved from Marietta, Ga. to Statesboro. Before recognizing his desire for vocational ministry in 2020, he spent about 20 years in leadership and service roles across a variety of industries. Patrick joined the team in Millen in 2022 with a love for Jesus and a desire to see lives changed though discipleship.
Lindsey Doolittle
Konnection Kids Coordinator
Lindsey has over 6 years of experience working in children's ministry, which includes two years at our sister church. Lindsey was born and raised in Atlanta, but moved south to pursue a degree in Child and Family Development. Lindsey has served as our Kids Coordinator from the beginning and her love for the the community enables her to reach children of all backgrounds.
Russ Taylor
Elder
Russ was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. He surrendered his life to Jesus in September 1982. Russ moved to Twin City, Georgia in 1995 after meeting and marrying his wife, Lisa. Russ spent 20 years in management serving in various support areas of logistics for a national retailer. After attending the Statesboro Campus for several months, Russ and his family came to Connection Church Millen at the first interest meeting in 2016. Since that time Russ has served in various roles including Audio / Video production. In 2018 Russ and Lisa were called into service as Connect Group leaders where they serve today. In 2019, after a trip to Engage Global, a spark was ignited in his heart for the needs of spreading the Gospel of Christ Jesus to unreached people groups across the world in the 1040 window. His desire is to raise awareness of the needs of the unreached throughout local churches and surrounding communities.
